You can find how to list the shadow files from the manual:
I wasn’t aware of this option directly from the UI as well, last time I had checked.
Another option, as indicated also on the documentation, is to use a database management tool to extract this list.
in reply to: Auto-tagging – Contains and Does Not Contain #15310On my case, in the end for most of these cases, I created rules with regex.
In regex we can add or exclude, but it’s not as straight forward, especially to read, as the other options.I still defend that if the “contains” and “does not contain” rules don’t work together, then maybe the interface could be improved.
A radio button (or dropdown selector) to choose with the type of filter would make it clear only one can be used. The best would of course, that the it could take in account all of the options, and even better with a AND/OR option.

in reply to: Auto-tagging – Contains and Does Not Contain #15150Hi.
I was trying a rule, using regex, but with the “does not contain” field as well.
Is there any know issue which they should not work together?I tested the rule with the “does not contain” field empty and works correctly. As soon as I fill with a word, then the same files are not tagged.
None of the test files had the forbidden word. Thanks
in reply to: Help us translate Tabbles! #13750Since currently there is only 1 pt file, what should be the best approach, since it has a lot (if not all) in pt-br?
It doesn’t make sense have some strings in pt-pt and others in pt-br at the same time.

in reply to: Remove shadow files on 5.2 #13746Hi.
It’s not as straight forward, since you need to copy/paste or type the path, but did the job.
Thank you
