in reply to: Outlook preview and and #15355I would love to see better support for outlook. I cannot view or open tagged Outlook messages from Tabbles. I have to relay on the Outlook categories synchronization and Outlooks features for grouping messages by categories.
Not sure how they would do this but it would be cool if it is possible. In particular, I need this for e-mail. I’m unable to pull up any tagged e-mail from the tabbles application because my workflow is view/respond to e-mail in inbox, tag e-mail, archive it. Because it is archived after tagging, tabbles link to it is broken.
But having to tag after archiving would be very inconvenient and time wasting.
Keeping everything in my inbox indefinately is not possible due to retention rules and mailbox quotas.

My workflow when going through inbox is to tag the e-mail and then archive them.
I think because I archive after tagging, that “breaks” the link from the Tabbles database to the e-mail.
But archiving and then going to the archive folder and tagging would be very inconvenient and time wasting.
Because Tabbles syncs with Outlook categories, I can still make use of the tags, but I use it with Outlook features. The Tabbles software interface is mostly useless to me as my primary us is for e-mail and I cannot effectively retrieve tagged e-mail messages from the Tabbles program.
