So I have some files that I want to tag. Now if I move it will update the database with the new location.
What if I want to copy the whole thing to another drive? How about to my google drive as well?
@Basket Random, I think you should consider using a file manager to automatically update new tags and locations as you copy.
When copying tagged files to another drive or Google Drive with Tabbles, you need to manually tag the duplicates in the new location or set up synchronization rules, as Tabbles doesn’t automatically tag copies. Moving files updates the database with the new location automatically, but for copies, you can use features like “Copy tags to clipboard” or auto-tagging rules to streamline the process.
Thanks for sharing this article. I am glad to see this amazing post.

Can Tabbles integrate with cloud storage services like Google Drive or OneDrive for tagging and organizing files stored online?

Is your goal to preserve an exact mirrored archive of files and tags, or just have access to the files with some basic metadata intact?
