Auto-tagging rule management can get messy fast when the list grows, so wanting to sort them by name makes total sense. Unfortunately, most platforms (like Zendesk, Intercom, or Help Scout) do not offer native sorting (like alphabetical sorting) for auto-tagging rules directly in their UI at least not yet.
