      Hi there,

      I’ve just installed v3.1.24, and have got it working, but I have noticed that there is no shell extension in Windows Explorer, there is no overlay (no key in registry), and no add-in listed in Outlook. I’m not sure if I’ve done something wrong, or whether these should be set up separately, but would be grateful for a bit of steer please.

      Hi Marc,

      my guess is that something went wrong with the installer. I’d try reinstalling and checking the installer log.
