Microsoft Office 2010 OneNote allows one to obtain and use a page link of the form onenote:///<notebook file path>#<page name>&<section-id>&<page-id>&end

The machine has to know how to handle links of type "onenote", obviously.

Is there any way I can create and tag a OneNote item analogous to creating and tagging an internet address item?

If not, we can make it a low priority feature request. 🙄
