    Hi Gary! Welcome to Tabbles. What you’re seeing is normal—Tabbles uses its own tagging system, so the tags you apply inside Tabbles aren’t automatically written into the file’s native Windows properties. That’s why File Explorer shows empty tags. If you want the tags to appear in Windows properties, you’d need to explicitly use the “Write tags to file properties” option, if your file type supports it. As for copying auto-tag rules, you can usually export and import rules within Tabbles, which effectively lets you reuse them across different setups.
