Hey, a nice small addition would be the option to "Apply previous tags" to a new file.

The reason for this would be that I usually add files in tandem, or just sequentially, since I am working on the same project for a small period of time. So, my suggestion would be, when I get the popup for the new file, I could get a button that says "Apply previous tags". Clicking it would pop up the quick tagging window with all the previous tags already selected, so I can review and add / remove any other tags I would need to. For me this could save a significant amount of time.
