I assume you would do

right-click on a file -> click “copy tags to clipboard”

then you’d have to locate the untagged file, right-click it, and click “copy tags from clipboard”?. I wonder if it is practical to locate an untagged file.

What about changing approach? select the untagged file -> “copy tags from…”. But then you’d have to locate the source file. This is already tagged, so it is easier. But not easy…
