Windows "smartfolders" associated to tags

Introduce the concept of “smart folders” in windows explorer which would work by defining a tag-based expression (e.g. tag1 + tag2 – tag3) and binding the expression to a new virtual folder appearing as a windows folder.

This would allow support of standard file/folder based system utilities such as backup software.

Examples of use:
1) backup all invoices related to SomeProject on a weekly basis.
2) select all docs related to “The Case”, zip them and send the resulting archive by email or FTP to the cloud.
…

Smartfolders would be read-only, but dropping a file in a smartfolder could also be supported: it would copy the tags common to all contained files.
