      when I click on a file in a tabble to delete
      I get a popup box and have to drill down to see all tabbles relating to THAT file
      and I guess this is convenient
      BUT
      is there a simple way (if not there SHOULD be ???)
      to have a short cut or a one click option to just say
      DELETE file from THIS tabble ?/

      do you mean untag (untabble) a file?
      Right-click (or Alt-V) gives you the “unTag this file”
      REMOVE TABBLES Pop-Up box appears (as you say) and at top it states:
      “Untag” name of your file
      “Already In” list of tags that the file is in

      click the tag (“Already In”) that you want to delete from file
      the tag ‘pops’ to the bottom left of the dialog window
      click “Remove” at bottom right

      maybe I don’t understand your question

      yes – you DID understand my question
      I did NOT know I could click on the little bubble (icon)
      I thought I had to DRILL DOWN –
      see image

      YES – I did that too! . . . , until I (it) ‘clicked’
