Ummm, I’m not sure I understand how, or at least how it can narrow as well as a logical OR. For example; I want to find a file the could have been from May or June. The OR allows to filter out all that aren’t May or June, a similar/related would not achieve that precision by any means.

That said, a related/similar feature does sound pretty handy in other instances, just not as an OR replacement.
