when I open a tabble it shows a list of possible tabbles on the right hand side which can be combined with the already open tabble.
Question: Why don’t always appear all tabbles I created in this list? I newly created a tabble and it wouldn’t appear there, although I could drag&drop files from the open tabble window onto the new tabble in the main view window.
I guessed it had to do with the tabbles database updating or something, but now I had a tabble open which showed only four of the 20 or 30 tabbles I created in that right hand side list and that made me think I have not grasped the idea of that list. Is that thing not supposed to give me all of the tabble all the time? Why would I be restricted about which tabbles combine with which?
there is a slight misunderstanding here: the "combinable tabbles" list contains only the tabbles that if combined with the the tabbles currently combined will return a non-empty list of files. Ok, I’ll rephrase: If you combine 2 tabbles in the main window, you cen get an empty list of files (= no files). If you use a combinable tabble to make a combination, you can not get an empty list! Plus, you use the combinable tabbles list to further refine the search…
